Kylie's Demonstrator Training blog hop Stampin'Up!® Snowflake wishes

Thank you to all my customers and supporters. You are so very much appreciated.

thank you card snowflake wishes

The weather is pretty warm were I am but that doesn't stop me from having Snowflake wishes. Beautiful snowflakes cool us off just thinking about them. Here in Tucson, Az. we may be hitting record highs for November but inside I'm creating a snowstorm of cool thank you cards for my customers and team members.

Here I am using the variety of Snowflakes from our Stamp Set to create a beautiful background for my new favorite Just Jade card stock. I used a blueish ink to take advantage of that cool color. The sentiment is backed up with a snowflake splendor designer series paper (DSP).

Below is the list of supplies I used note how I adjusted the punch on the sentiment so that it would stand out.

Thank YOU for stopping by and joining the fun. Please go and check out the other participants below. You are at Maryanne Mott. Also check out my videos on youtube for instructions. And again

THANK YOU!

Paper Pumpkin Alternative October 2020

Paper Pumpkin October 2020 Alternatives

Creating from a Paper Pumpkin kit for me is the most fun.

What I enjoy doing is trying to figure out something that is different and unique. I am not the most clever but isn't fun watching ? I am someone who struggles with getting my creative juices flowing.

Until I see someone create something and then I start to think about different ways to use the products. I hope that this inspires you to create.

Next months Paper Pumpkin is awesome they are going to be gingerbread men gift card holders! You can order your own by November 10th. For one month, three months, a whole year or even suspend it for a month. Hope you'll get yours so you can join my group. I will be creating a video just for my paper pumpkin subscribers.

Here are the dimensions of the box

Score 1/4" on all sides of the card

In the center score 1/8th from center turn 180 degrees and score again 1/8th from center.

Fold and Burnish and cut the tabs, glue and decorate. Now the box actually is very thin but once you get the idea you can make a smaller but deeper box with your card. The trick is to make sure to use the same measurement on all sides including the center.

Lets say you are going to use one inch (1") when scoring the center go 1/2" on either side of the center so that the depth of the box is the same in all directions. Put the center score line (on pre made cards) at 1/2" mark score turn 180 degrees, place the center score line on 1/2" score again.

Be careful not to fold the manufacturer's score line.(if you are making a small box out of you own card stock then no worries)

Have fun with this and post yours below in the comments I'd love to see them.
