This hop has a long history and I probably won't recall all the correct information but right now Jamie from Artist Poet Girl YouTube channel is actually running things. Here is a blurb about it from her post.
What you want to do is share your Video OR Pictures as inspired by the prompt, Use the Hashtag(s) in your title and description, please, invite your viewers/friends to play.
Join when you can. Interpret the Prompts as you like, please keep it family-friendly, NO sales pitches. You may do process, or show & tell, with or without talking.
